Gay Canada Day 2010

Gay Canada Day has been a long standing tradition in Ottawa. In years past there have been some great parties. One of the most famous events was The Lookout Parking Lot Party. Though they don't have the parking lot anymore , The Lookout Bar still stands high above the crowds with their balcony overlooking Canada Day in the trendy Byward Market. The crowds gather there before and after the fireworks because of their close proximity to Parliament Hill. The tradition for a great Gay Canada Day party will continue ....

Centretown Pub on Somerset also has a strong tradition for Canada Day. There front and pack patios are great gathering spots en route to downtown. Details for there Canada Day Party will

Pre-Canada Day Parties will be crazy this year being on a Wednesday night. Hump at the Mercury Lounge, Hump a Twonnie at Edge and the return of Wednesday Night Karaoke at The Lookout. All three locations just blocks from Parliament Hill.
